Preston Halstead, the owner of Elite Property Inspection, has been serving in the construction and inspection industry since 1990. In 2011, Preston Halstead, along with Pilar (his wife) established Elite Property Inspection & Management to better serve the South-Eastern Florida Community.
Preston’s experience of 25+ years and Pilar’s experience of 15+ years provide talent that other companies cannot match. Both Preston and Pilar are licensed Home Inspectors and Mold Assessors. Preston is also a licensed General Contractor which involves more extensive knowledge on your home.
